The problem nobody talks about
A vehicle drives on. A weight is read off the display. Money changes hands. Nothing is recorded, and the day's totals still add up. If it is happening at your weighbridge, the books will never show it.
WeighVision watches the platform continuously. When a steady load sits there long enough without a transaction being raised, it writes an entry by itself — with the weight, the operator who was signed in, the number plate, and a photograph from the camera.
The log is read-only and cannot be edited or deleted from inside the software, including by the operator it records.
Weight captures, cancellations, master-data changes and logins are written to an audit trail with the user and timestamp. Weights themselves cannot be edited after capture — there is no screen that allows it.

WeighVision reads weight over the serial (RS-232) port your indicator already uses. It ships with 18 indicator protocols and an auto-preset that picks the right one, so there is no hardware to replace and no rewiring.

Basic is a one-time purchase. Standard and Premium are yearly, and if a year lapses the software returns to Basic — weighing, reports and printing are never affected. The online portal is a separate subscription. Contact us for pricing.
Questions
No. Weighing, printing, reports, calibration and backups all run on the weighbridge computer. Internet is needed only if you want the online portal, and even then tickets queue up and sync by themselves when the connection returns.
Almost certainly. WeighVision supports 18 indicator protocols over RS-232 and picks the right one automatically. Tell us your make and model and we will confirm before you buy.
On your own computer. If you use the online portal, a copy of your tickets is also kept on our server so you can view them remotely — but the weighbridge is always the master copy, and it keeps working if our server does not.
No. There is no screen that edits a captured weight. Cancellations and changes are recorded in the audit trail with the user and time.
Each licence activates one computer. Additional weighbridges need their own licence — talk to us about multiple sites.
You can move the licence yourself from the online portal: release it from the old machine and activate on the new one. No call needed.
